COVID-19 Information AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS
VertigoMTB is taking all necessary Health and Safety precautions as advised by Tasmanian Government guidelines.
Please read the following as procedures may have changed.
Changes to our procedures:
Please do not come if you have cold or flu symptoms
Please remember all social distance practices still apply
Please follow any instructions given to you by our crew and be patient as procedures may have changed.
Changes to our bike hire:
Please bring your own helmet and gloves. Disinfectant treated helmets available on request. Gloves available to purchase in-store.
Bike Hires are now required to be returned before 4:30pm to allow for extra wash down procedures. Your cooperation with this is appreciated. Penalty costs may be applicable for late returns.
Covid-19 Changes to Terms and Conditions for Customers
If you are unable to travel and keep your booking dates, we offer to put your order ON HOLD until you are able to reschedule. If you choose On HOLD, we will re-instate your booking and transfer the original paid price for another date in the future.
